Software Installation:

To install the client you must first install MDAC from Microsoft if not already installed or if you do not have Microsoft Access installed on the target computer.

If you wish to use the packet software using the AGW Packet Engine, you must first obtain and install the software using the installation procedures obtained with the AGW Packet Engine software.

Version 4.0.0.1 includes significant changes to permit routing by the Emergency Service Packet Server.  It is not backward compatible with Version 3.x.x.x releases.  All stations operating within a network must upgrade simultaneously.  It is hoped that future changes of this magnitude will not be required.  The only files that are previously used are the registration files.  You will be prompted to complete configuration files to comply with current operational capabilities of the CLIENT.

This installation requires any previous version to be uninstalled using "Add or Remove Programs" found in your Control Panel.  You can now install the Emergency Service Packet Client by clicking here.
