Dacula Memorial Day Parade, May 29th – Gwinnett ARES will be joining GARS to help with this annual event. This is a Field Qualifying Event that can help you retain your deployable status. It is a half day event where we provide hands and feet to marshall the parade participants into some sort of order. It is fun and you meet a lot of local people on a great holiday. We will meet at the Hebron Baptist Church at the corner of Fence Road and Dacula Road. Please be in the parking lot by 0730.It will be over by 1230 or 1300. We will use the portable repeater. 147.045 – 82.5. Please program your ht before you get to the site. Wear your yellow ARES or orange GARS hat.
